“The loan process was seamless....customer services when things go wrong is an entirely different matter. i can only go on my experience, but to change my password as the automatic link doesn't work....27 minutes!!! in tandem with inane questions that had no bearing on my situation...just not very good”

“I was very impressed at the easy to use website and then quick decision made by them to allow me the loan and then the ease of choosing how much I paid each week. I needed this loan to buy a car after I'd passed my test and it has really helped me. Will def use again if needed in the future.”

“Satsuma loans is one of the best loan companies on the market as they allow you to pay back in small weekly installments, there website is also very user friendly and i had my loan in my account under an hour after i had finished my application. Will definitely continue to use Satsuma Loans if and when required”
