“Long winded process even though I have been a recent customer before. I was asked for a payslip for proof of income and told a statement wasn't accepted as proof of income. I was then asked for a statement but then told this wasn't good enough and then asked for a third option. You could learn a lot from sunny or Myjar, good why to improve your service but seeing how they work.”
