“Ive been told that satsuma is the worst company at dealing with Fos complaints.So as a final ombudsmen decision was given 02 December for a full refund on the same day as 118 money and Sunny we can see who is worst.No contact yet from any of them .I will weekly review to compare response times .”

“Obviously all loan companies are evil and charge unreasonable interest but these guys are the least detestable I have done business with, apparently they also really wanted me to share this opinion with you. Seems a bit counterproductive to me.”

“When l applied with National loan because repayment cheaper and choose 36 months and l waiting for and shocked see satsuma l pay £189.60 for 6 month and l unhappy as l thoughts l would repayment monthly for 24-36 months because my salary is weekly £250-£288 and how l pay other bills ? Should l have to pay £21.00 a month or weekly?”

“I should be saying if you need a loan in an emergency go for satsuma loan as they are quick, very reasonable etc but I can't because although I was granted a loan ( obviously I checked out ) you need to have a guarantor which people no matter how well they know you they're reluctant to sign.”

“Satsuma is very good if you are having difficulties obtaining loans elsewhere, but the major but is the highest interest available. At the same time is does give you a month period of grace to start paying instalments back and you can make payment really easy.”
