“Maria from the call centre went above and beyond to help me answer some questions I had in regards to my loan. Not only did she show amazing customer service skills, but also showed a great level of understanding and people skills, which is more than can be said for some of the other representatives. I was very much satisfied with the service in all aspects.”

“A good service with good communication. Seems to be more care in ensuring you can afford any loan and not just about getting those repayments In. Interest is still very high and still feels like those with poorer credit scores are taken advantage of.”
