“Excellent service. Despatched same day and arrived the next day on the free delivery service. The laptop was well packaged and has worked well from the box. Everything is fine so far and I hope it remains so. Very little unwanted software which is good news these days”

“This laptop says on your page that it has a 3D ready screen. I have contacted the customer service and they say it is an overview for the range in general and that this laptop does not have that!! At NO point on the page does it state this!! The Overview of the range simply says the G750 has a 3D ready screen. This is clearly misleading and as a result miss-selling the product. The laptop itself (ignoring the lack of the advertised 3D-screen) is good. It did crash every time you exit a game when it came out of the box and needed to update the BIOS for the video card but after that it is fine. It is getting a 1 star rating due to the wrongly advertised feature of the screen and the service, the way this was dealt with once I have brought up the problem with them. When the website you are buying from clearly says the laptop your buying is 3D ready you expect it to be 3D ready!!”

“My laptop arrived the day after I ordered it. Well packaged, in perfect condition. My brother and niece set it all up for me a few days later and off I went. Very efficient service from Save On Laptops and a very helpful lady on the telephone when I called for assistance on the best laptop for the use to which I wished to put it. I would recommend this company.”

“Loved the quick delivery. However the product has had a problem from go which is it can't do the windows update which is causing problems. I have rang Samsung and done the things they stated but still faulty will speak to them again. This has caused the feeling of been let down”

“Website is excellent, pricing is keen although if I'm purchasing 6 laptops I would expect at least some attempt to offer extra. Packaging quite appalling- six brand new laptops packaged in a box on it's fourth use..... even the delivery driver was embarrassed!”
