Brilliant customer service from this company, as for the price, a real bargain, I am very pleased with my purchase and I will definitely be back to buy some more of the bargains on offer at Save on laptops.

First class service, prompt delivery. Bought it for my son who has had other laptops which were not gaming machines. He is over the moon with this. Quality is obvious when you see it. Got best price on this site.

What can I say. I received my Notebook PC (ASUS G750 JS) well within the 5 days promised on the website, and during the one hour window when the courier told me by email that I could expect delivery. Couldn't have been easier to set up. Everything worked beautifully. What a machine - Handsome to look at, Well-engineered, fast, quiet and powerful beyond expectation. This machine is a beast, but an impeccably behaved beast. The best deal on the net, a superb product, and service I just can't fault. Doesn't happen to me very often and I do a lot of internet shopping for IT products. Order No S6L-PJK-TRR-5XC (if anyone wants to check I'm a real customer!)

In short I'm not impressed so far. I ordered an Acer Laptop as it said there were over 20 in stock - ready for collection within 72 hours from a Collect + store near me.. However upon calling their sales team 5 days after the order was placed - its not left the warehouse yet. I should not have to chase to find out where my order is. Currently waiting for a response to my complaint - I have low expectations unfortunately given the tone of the lady answering the phone

I was very pleased with the service, price and speed of delivery. I like the option to have the laptop checked before shipping for peace of mind, and also the option to use Collect+

Price and supply of the machine is good. Aftersales customer service is appalling. Gives the impression the company cares about the sale and nothing else. Will not deal with you again.

Laptop arrived on time, and has worked perfectly since. Was not the model I ordered, but this was my fault as I clicked through from Pricerunner and didn't double check before ordering. However I'm more than happy with the machine I received

I should have been put off from the beginning by the fact I was asked to pay a surcharge when placing an order as I was using a credit card, but given the fact this was made VERY clear, and I had multiple options (Paypal, also surcharged, and debit card), I decided to go with the CC anyway as it'd give me more protection. The order eventually arrived after a short delay whilst the laptop was built (I did chase, and it somewhat rendered the small extra I paid for a faster delivery pointless), but I quickly found an issue with the delivered item, so I raised an RMA. No big deal, as laptops are very high-tech items, and they can be faulty on arrival. It was duly collected from my workplace, and that was all quite straight forward. However, the RMA department seem completely incapable of organising themselves. The RMA process stipulates it will take 7 working days. I waited 7 working days and heard nothing, so I called to chase. I was assured the engineers would look at it, and that they were very busy (not made clear at any point prior). I insisted I had waited the required amount of time, so I wanted a resolution, especially given how obvious the fault was. I was called back the very same day to be told that yes, there was a fault, and a replacement would be shipped out ASAP. This was a Friday, so the replacement arrived on the Monday following. However, it had not been assembled, and I received a laptop plus random parts. This didn't wholly concern me as I knew I could build it myself (and indeed, it is sold as such often). However, I received a phone call the very same day to be told I had not returned all the items with the laptop. I insisted I had, but was tacitly accused of not having done so. I knew full well I had, and insisted somebody check the workshop immediately and get back to me, but was then told this would take a few days! Quite how it takes so long to go look for some removed RAM and an SSD, I'm not sure. I was quite angry at this point. I received a call all of 30 minutes later to tell me the missing parts had been found. However, by this point I decided I didn't want to continue doing business with this company as I didn't feel I could trust them, so I requested a refund, which was speedily arranged without any issue. I personally would suggest not purchasing from this company, nor it's parent (Box.co.uk) as they don't seem quite capable of providing any sort of decent service in aftersales, as like all too many online retailers they are nothing more than box-shifters, and anything outside of that one-way transaction just causes issue.

The laptop I ordered should have had 16Gb RAM but arrived with only 8Gb RAM. I had to return the laptop and was without it for 13 days while it was upgraded. If it hadn't been for this issue I would have given a 5 star rating.

Excellent service, my order arrived on time, It come well packaged something that I have not seen before from other companies I have bought from. I continue to use the inner box to keep my laptop in as it would be a waste to throw it. The laptop has all the specifications that I required and is so fast it put's my multimedia laptop to shame. I would come back to MSI time and again when I decide to upgrade or renew my laptop just for the packaging.
