“The service I received was excellent - fast and efficient. However, I am already having problems with the HP 250 which, or course, is no fault of Save on Laptops. I am in contact with Hewlett Packard who are doing their best to help me but with a Notebook that is only 6 months old I am, to say the least, disappointed. Hopefully the problems will be resolved in the near future. Despite this I would recommend Save on Laptops - a good online company with very competitive prices.”

“I purchased a touch enabled 12 inch laptop but after a couple of days usage I didn't like it mainly because of its size so I requested a return. I received return labels in a couple of days and I received my refund although they deducted some machine reset fee which was down to me not restoring to factory defaults before sending it back. In the end I purchased an i7 16inch Asus AK55 and I never regret thereafter. Overall a good experience with saveonlaptops.”

“Bought a laptop from here recently and was a bit worried since I saw some bad reviews regarding the returns and after sales support. But my laptop came in super fast and the communication along the way was more than perfect, I would use again for sure.”

“I bought an MSI CX61 through Save On Laptops. It was a good purchase. They were quick, had a competitive price and the purchase was easy. My only issue (like other things bought online) is that although the spec is there, the finish isnt as good as it might have looked. E.g. a HP, where you cant easily tell the difference through just online pictures. I.e. the keyboard and build feels and behaves much cheaper than it looks IMO. Also Ive since found that (although it should be) the BIOS isnt great for easy auto booting over USB etc. HDMI output however is good, and general processing appears to run well like it should. So its an ok laptop from a good seller, but after using it for a while I now wish I spent a bit more.”

“Excellent laptop, lots of storage, lots of memory and robust enough to be used everyday. Very, very happy with the service, delivery and price from seller and will almost certainly buy from them again. Highly recommend if you want a good laptop at a very decent price.”

“I have had numerous Windows errors on this laptop and it still has to be restarted on most days before it can repair itself. Now it refuses to connect to the internet and other laptops are connecting to the same network with no problems. I have purchased about 20 laptops over the years I have had my business and this is the worst. J Newport”

“Would have been very good review but I had a problem with laptop and service received from DJ Henry acting for MSI was very bad. Had 2 go back twice and it was 4 months before I could start using laptop properly.”

“Toshiba Satellite Pro C870-1E2: Item arrived promptly and safely. It has a 17" screen which is difficult to find in High Street shops now, as the trend is to ever-smaller units. Plus it had the option of Windows 7 and/or Windows 8 - excellent as I did not want Windows 8, and virtually everything else was shipping with 8 pre-loaded. Dislike Toshiba keyboards, but you can't have everything. So far works well”

“Laptop arrived on time and as described so happy. However, less than three months later the laptop broke down and had to be returned for repair. Not only inconvenient but laptop returned with software and documents lost. Now very unhappy and will not be able to recommend or make further purchases.”

“I was very impressed with the service I received from Save on Laptops. I ordered fairly close to Christmas and even though I didn't pay the extra for next day delivery I received my laptop the next day! Don't know if this was a mistake but I certainly wasn't complaining, overall I felt very confident after calling the company to confirm the order over phone after placing the order online which at first I thought was an unusual, but in retrospect it was an added security and confidence. Can't recommend this site enough, by far the best deal I could find anywhere and on top of that a good service too.”

“I was very happy with my saveonlaptops order. The search options really helped me to narrow down the field so that I could find one that had all the features I wanted (seriously is it that hard to make a laptop with a dedicated gfx chip that doesn't weigh >2.5kg?) and once I had done some serious review comparisons they had my choice really nicely priced. Bonus, they offer collect+ delivery so I could just pick it up from my local store on my way back from work instead of having to stay home all day. It was just really easy.”
