“When my laptop arrived it was broken and didn't even turn on!!! Took absolutely ages and so many procedures just to send it back... After about a month of going through so many steps I eventually got my money back. Such a waste of time.. Don't even bother buying anything from here!!!”

“Excellent price and service, ordered laptop Sunday night and it was delivered Wednesday lunchtime. Kept informed of status by email and texts - great. By comparison I ordered another laptop last Friday from the PCWorld website (after a horrendous in store experience) and I am still waiting for it to be delivered. They advised it would be with me by Thursday at the latest but no sign of it yet. Pity you don't offer that model or I would have bought ity from you”

“The web site is easy to use if you are looking g for a specific specification laptop. There are laptops to suit all requirement s and budgets. But most importantly the laptop you want you will struggle to find a better price or value for money. Ordering is straightforward, delivery quick and efficient with good communication. I would definitely recommend saveonlaptops to anyone.”

“Quick delivery, even the free choice. Kept informed at each stage of the process. Laptop seems well built and as described. Cheapest I found after numerous searches and much research. Wanted Windows 7 and will upgrade to 10 if/when the bugs are sorted out”

“will never buy a laptop from this company or lenovo again . three phone calls( 20 to 30 minutes per call ) two pick up missed . faulty laptop sill needs to be repaired. (not even 3 month old)”

“Whilst I was delighted to receive my Lenovo ThinkPad E555 and am delighted with the product. The supplier failed to give me the reason why my order was "put on hold" for three days and was not released until I chased the order by telephone. The order appears to have then been despatched promptly and delivered the following day by courier. Excellent value for money.”
