“Ive used "save on laptops" several times now, they are always around the price that appears to be inline with some competitors but i stick with them cos i know that my purchases will arrive when they say they will. The only slight negative i have is when trying to contact the right person in customer services.”

“There is a lot to like with this laptop and it seems to do most things very well. The battery life is ok and lasts for a few hours in normal use, the screen is great and keyboard is backlight and comfortable to use. I have a few gripes; firstly the laptop seems to drop the wifi signal on a regular basis and this becomes really annoying. I have checked other hardware at the same location and they have zero issues, so it must be a software issue. My second gripe is Lenovo's support which is poor....they provide premium rate numbers so I decided to email and they would just send through instructions to reinstall certain drivers! I'm no IT wiz kid so this didn't really help and they said they couldn't provide remote access. Still have the problem and I continue to grumble”

“It does what I need it to do, therefore it's value for money. If I had tried out various laptops first I might have opted for a different quality keyboard. I'm not keen on the shiny cover but that's largely irrelevant unless the design is important to you. It's just that it looks grubbyy all the time and needs endless wiping with every fingerprint showing. I would still recommend it if you're after a good, cheap all rounder.”

“Good price, good delivery, but keyboard was very wobbily. I've owned over 100 laptops (!) and this was the worst I'd ever experienced - it was warped and acted like a giant spring when typing. When I contacted SaveOnLaptops they said it was "normal" and refused to take it back, even after seeing a YouTube video I made of it. When I contacted Fujitsu direct they replaced the keyboard without question.”
