“Delivery was fairly quick. Laptop not particularly brilliant at gaming - with windows 8 it seems to just hang at times. Boot time is slow considering the internals. Charger actually caught fire at the wall socket- that was exciting! So far I've been busy with life to actually complain about it. *Quick delivery *Poor quality laptop *Charger has major faults, so please be careful- use surge protector”

“Laptop crashed several times rang Save on Laptops and they were not interested told me to speak with Microsoft. Very poor response from the supplier would not use these or recommend them”

“I have to call it poor because there was a problem with e-commerce using the Chrome browser which was not evident from the website. It was a holiday period and I could not speak to anyone. However, when I did speak on the phone the lady was very helpful, it was quickly sorted out, delivery was prompt and the laptop excellent.”

“Whilst the computer purchase was straight forward, the computer itself crashes occasionally. I can't find a way of getting back to the company to discuss what is going wrong. So ....... difficult for me to say if they are selling good stock or not. Any help would be appreciated.”

“It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Save on Laptops. I had already researched which laptop model I required and found it on the website at a very competitive price. This coupled with the fact that it could be delivered to a newsagent nearby made me decide to purchase through them. I work full time so there is usually a problem with having things delivered to my home address but the newsagent is on my way to work which was ideal. In fact, I received an email to say my parcel was ready to collect on the day before it was due to be there! I would not hesitate to recommend Save on Laptops to anyone looking for a reliable service and quick delivery.”

“I ordered my lap top on line as it was convenient. I chose to have the laptop delivered to my local newsagent. I did get a text to say it was there but the shop attendants argued with me to say it wasn't. It then took another 2-3 days for it to arrive. Got my new laptop home only to find I had been sent the wrong product. It was not the HD lap top as detailed on the web site; it was not at all what I had paid for. The whole process of returning and getting a refund was a long and tedious process. Would not use this company again.”

“I bought an hp laptop from save on laptops,I could not believe the price they quoted,and I really really checked the model out online.The whole process was seemless,and the goods arrived well packed and on time.I will certainly shop with save on laptops again,suggest you give them a try.”

“Lowest price I could find for the MSI laptop I required. I experienced an ordering credit card hitch due to high value of item and anti fraud checks which was quickly resolved on the phone. Item was out of stock on day of order but stock due in following day. Came into stock and shipped the next day as promised and arrived next day. Shipping was free in my case and I got a free MSI tablet too as part of the offer so all in all a very satisfying buying experience!”

“I received a call from them about an issue with my card payment, which they solved within an hour. Even though I chose the 7-day delivery option (cheapest), my laptop was delivered 21h after the payment went through (less than 24h in total) !!”
