“Service provided exemplary. 1. Orderof laptop was dispatched within less than one hour of receipt. 2. Order was delivered via Collect+ to designated store and notified within less than 24 hours of dispatch. 3. Order collected within one hour of delivery. 4. Collection acknowledged by Collect+ within one hour of collection You cannot do much better than that. Few will match it. Well done and keep up that quality of service.”

“Good helpful website. Immediate and clear answers to some questions I had before buying, very rapid delivery (received laptop about 24 hours after ordering it). (And I was notified early on the day of delivery of the one hour time slot in which I could expect delivery, and the laptop arrived in the middle of the slot). Excellent customer service all round.”

“searched the internet for a decent laptop, and came across Save on Laptops website, could not believe the offers that they had on, and had to double check with other web sites just to confirm the prices, saved quite a tidy sum, which i put to something else, i will be recommending save on laptops to all my friends, to get a good deal, thanks very much.”

“Shipping of the laptop was very fast. It arrived on the next day (though I order it with regular up to 5 days service). The laptop itself is of average quality. It is considerably slower than I expected, so I will be ordering some more RAM any time soon. The microphone is also not working properly (sometimes at all) so I will be contacting the support department some time this week. I would be able to provide better feedback after I see how this issue will be resolved. In conclusion - service rating - 4.5 out of 5, quality of product 3 out of 5.”

“Recently purchased a new laptop, the website itself was very clear and easy to navigate whilst deciding which to go for. The payment process was straightforward and I was able to proceed without problems. I had a problem with my payment going through but it was an issue with my bank. The website saved my details and the order for upto 24 hours which was useful. I like the choice of delivery options and the fact that on the day of delivery you can visually track the van and how far away it is.”

“Got what I ordered, very swift service and liked the text from the delivery service prior to arrival. I ordered a Lenovo G50-70 and only realised later that there were some variations available, it wouldn't have made much difference to me but perhaps highlighting this in some way would be helpful.
