“Just out of warranty my laptop refuses to turn on. Pointless taking it back for Save on Laptops to fix it, the last time I tried that they said it would be 4 to 6 weeks before I got it back and no guarantees it would work properly then. Customer service is absolutely dreadful.”

“Ive bought a laptop for apron 1500 pounds. Delivery came just with head phoned and a mouse, took staff almost a week to sort it out. Staff - try to avoid a problem, horrible experience!!!!!”
