“Service was good, even though the paypal payment was late arriving at the supplier, but all sorted by friendly customer service in next to no time. However DPD let the company down though by not delivering the next day even though I paid for it and the supplier shopped it. It was in in the DPD Smethwick depot on 05:54 the next day but then took 28 hours to get to me. DPD customer service just fobbed me when I rang late in the afternoon of the day it should have been delievered”

“DFD your courier caused some confusion by texting me on monday to say it would be delivered that day however it wasn't. they followed up with another text the following day when it was delivered. Otherwise no complaints”

“My laptop arrived in good time but had a stuck pixel. As this is not deemed enough of a fault to get it replaced I cant return it. Otherwise good service.”

“Bought the laptop,very quick process.The laptop(Lenovo-B50) with ONLY 2 tabs open in a browser and no other software started,couldn't handle and became very slow.I asked for RMA and procedure for return. RMA received and Saveonlaptop advised me that they will arrange collection with the same courier. They kept lying 3 times about their failing to notify the courier, and never was contacted by any courier. I keep struggling to return the laptop and have my refund. My conclusions-1. Lenovo B-50 with celeron is not a choice even if your using only word and calculator; and 2. Not at all a reliable seller-not reliable customer service when return, and lying stuff at customer support. My poorest choice ever- laptop and seller-in my online shopping activity. Very bitter experience.”

“I'm a regular purchaser as the prices are good and the deliveries prompt, Lenovo particularly have proved to be good value, extremely reliable and robust. Customer service and support is no better than the rest of the computer industry however, why they think they can charge extra if you want prompt attention to problems is beyond me.”

“The laptop arrived yesterday, well within the time allowed. My only concern is that there is nothing in the package about how to go about claiming the £75.00 cash back. I was given to understand that a voucher would be enclosed. Can you advise on this? Jane Waugh”

“Handling of the laptop order was excellent. I paid the small sum required for delivery within 2 working days, the laptop was dispatched on the same day as the order and delivery was the following day exactly within the one hour slot advised by the courier.”
