“They had a problem with email confirmation but I ordered when they were closed. Spoke to them first thing, all in order. Great laptop promptly delivered by dpd, all good and it was a great price. Thanks and would use again”

“Laptop arrived DOD. I paid for next day delivery as i wanted to take on holiday. The RMA at save on laptops is online only so i cant talk to anyone to help speed things up. Not good when purchasing a £1500 laptop”

“Looking at the numerous reviews my main concern was the delivery, however, the laptop was delivered (Sat request) on the correct date/time and in excellent condition. So overall an excellent service, with a very good laptop.”

“Time taken to deliver despite paying for next day delivery. Unit not working on receipt- told to contact manufacturers for advice as I'm probably doing it wrong. Told to return immediately by them. Took 3 DAYS to get acceptance for return. Phone access is appalling and attitude to customers beyond disgusting. Threats of a £170 fee if unit found to be working! No record of serial number wanted. Told cannot cancel, despite 14 legal consumer opt out! Cannot garantee it will not take less than 10 days to send replacement- pushing time over the 14 days opt out. So far not impressed, made to feel imcompetent, money not good enough and my need for working equipment is secondary to their needs for sales/ profits. Will not use again- EVER”

“Best price I could find on the net for the model I wanted. The postage was really fast even without paying the extra. With a setup that sends texts and emails about the delivery all the way to the door almost.”
