“I ordered an ASUS G750JW with 10GB RAM and SSD on a Saturday. I called on Monday morning to double-check that the SSD would have the OS and was advised by Cully that it would not (because the laptops are supplied with the OS on the built-in HDD). I explained that I wanted the OS on an SSD for speed so asked if I could change the order to the lower-priced version of the laptop with 6GB RAM and 750GB HDD (and fit my own SSD)? No problem, was the answer, and the despite the order already being in progress, everything was reverted and updated for me whilst I waited on the phone; I even had my delivery bumped so it arrived three days earlier than I'd opted for (thanks!!). I would definitely use Save On Laptops again.”

“Ordered my Acer laptop on Sunday evening, arrived in good condition following Tuesday at 11.46 within time window stated on text sent to me earlier in the morning. This delivery was with the no cost option so was expecting a much later delivery. Excellent service.”
