“Laptop arrived in very good time and I'm very pleased with it so far, alas it only has 8GB of ram when I ordered 16. My 'normal' rating could well become a 'very good' depending on how this is resolved. I'm expecting an IT Tech to come to my address and sort it or at the very least for a courier to be arranged at no expense to me.”

“Overall the service and the delivery of the laptop was very good. I cant fault anything with the ordering and delivery of the product. The only disappointment that I had was that the product description for my order was incorrect (yet to follow this up) but some of the information stated on the model wasnt included in the laptop that I received.”

“Never received the laptop. Contacted the company only to be told they couldn't do anything about it until they had raised the issue with the courier. Asked to cancel the order and have my money refunded, told nothing could be done until the investigation was completed. Wouldn't use this company again.”

“The laptop arrived on schedule. Unfortunately it is faulty and the battery will not charge at all rendering it useless. I am currently following the procedure for returns which turns out to be complicated and time consuming. And seems to require me to return the item in superior packaging to that which it was delivered in and at my own cost! I wish that I had bought from a shop where this matter could have been dealt with quickly and my money properly refunded.”

“Great service, ordered on the cheapest 5 day delivery service and it arrived in just 2 days! Had a reason to call only to confirm some warranty details as the Samsun Tablet I purchased, as it is an Xmas gift for our student daughter, and being older techno phobes, we are unable to check that the tablet is working at it should. The guy we spoke to (wish I had got his name) was really helpful, honest and reassuring too - a pleasure to speak with. Overall, excellent service and would thoroughly recommend.”
