This was for an extended warranty; it was pointless in having to pay for delivery of the insurance certificate, as it was identical to pdf received by e mail!

superb power and resolution for £700 (at time of purchase) i would still consider it to be the most power buy at £700 currently (April 2014) i bought it for playing game when i'm away from my desktop, as far as i can see it plays them fine. the 740M graphics chip it has is of the 64 bit variant rather than 128 bit ones that can be gotten but it is still very fast so don't be put off. the one miner gripe i had about it was the windows 8 that was installed, suffice to say that lasted about 3 mins before i said nope and then installed win 7. make sure you change the boot system to legacy from EUFI system that win 8 runs on in the BIOS, if you don't you won't be able to reinstall the OS. oh and 1 other thing, the 1TB HDD was partitioned weird for win 8, it had about 5 different partitions one of them the D drive was over 300 GB large. so be warned that you HDD space is still all there but in a few parts. but don't let these small issues put you off of a great machine

I bought this Laptop after being told by a Computer Shop owner that ASUS was probably the best of its type on the market. I must also add that I am by no means an expert, and to say i was competent would be pushing it. Since I've had the Laptop I seem to be struggling with it, whether it's because it is not totally compatible with Microsoft 8.1 ( I use it with the built-in mouse ) or my incompetence or a combination of both, I don't know, but sometimes, for no apparent reason, instuctions, I neither wanted nor appreciated pop-up, and other times the Left-Hand button refuses to do as instructed, which is very frustrating, as I said earlier I am barely literate in computers, so it may be my own finger trouble, I did take it into PC World for their advice, but either my explanation was poor, or they couldn't be bothered I don't know, but nothing changed. I am now experiencing very slow loading times, which I've queried with my Broadband supplier ( Sky ) who said that times were marginally slow,and am waiting results from further tests, again whether it's me or the computer I don't know. I should add that I only use the computer for playing games, so things aren't that critical, but it all very frustrating.

Very poor service - laptop had poor keyboard and it was possible to see within a minute or so that this laptop wasn't going to be suitable. The distance selling regulations provide a right to return unsuitable goods - save on laptops refused. I'll need to use the Ombudsman to get another result.

As this is not an in depth review I will be as brief as possible . Customer service was excellent . The laptop arrived at the time stated and within a 2hr bracket so I didn't waste the day . The laptop I purchased was the CZ-10 . On paper I would have expected this spec machine to retail at the £1500 - £2000 . Yet I got it for £750 . Unfortunatly there is no SSD option but the machine itself looks good and outperforms most desktops . i7 4tth gen intel , 1tb hd , full hd screen , a whopping 16gb of ram , 2 graphics cards, the list goes on . Several of my friends are now looking to purchase the same machine . It is absolutely worth the money .

Really disappointed with Save on laptops and Hewlett Packard. SoL advertised a cashback offer which HP would not honour even though I complied with all the requirements for it. Both admitted an error had been made but refused to rectify it. BTW the laptop is fine but I won't be buying any HP stuff again and certainly will not buy from Save on Laptops again

I considered purchasing the Sony 4g ready tablet before deciding on the Samsung ATIV Smart PC XE500T1C. I read reports on the product and it seemed to have all the necessary 'bells & whistles' I need. The Windows 8 Pro was a little cumbersome but the upgrade improved functionality. I'm no techy but I've quickly got to grips with the product. By comparison to my laptop it's a little lacking in processor speed, & mouse 'wobble' a little annoying but all in all I'm pleased with the purchase. The battery life and easy to use detachable keyboard are big +++'s. Nice product well priced!

I've always found great deals here. This ultrabook is absolutely a great product: small, light and thanks to the hybrid hard drive, even its performance is pretty good.

replaced my order with a different item without telling me, wouldnt pay the postage to return it, i wrote a complaint letter to them and they didnt even bother to reply - i will never deal with these again.

My first order was cancelled because the website was showing stock when there wasn't any. The second order was shipped but I returned it because the laptop was faulty. The only upside is that they refunded me reasonably quickly.

Very quick delivery and removal of money from bank, No program disks or guidance on how to find Windows 8 serial number on hard drive supplied with laptop (or anything else for that matter) When asked for help they wouldnt and suggested if they did if it proved ineffective I would hold them responsible. Felt like - got your money so*** off, we dont care now! Wouldn't recommend or buy from them again.
