“Good customer service & speedy delivery. Competitive price. However, my laptop was faulty (audio jack needed replacing) so I had to send to MSI repair specialist. It was returned with audio jack fault repaired, but with a damaged case, so I have again had to return it for repair today.”

“The price of the laptop was one of the cheapest around, and it was showing in stock. I ordered the laptop fairly late on a Friday and paid for Saturday delivery as I needed it for a new job starting on the Monday. The communication was great, and it arrived as promised on the Saturday. I will definitely use SaveOnLaptops again and can highly recommend them.”

“There was a keyboard fault on the original machine, and it had to be returned to be replaced. The replacement has a faulty microphone but I have not returned it this time since I could not afford time without a machine. Disappointing that the machines were not properly checked before dispatch.”

“Very easy to find the laptop I was after on the site, and quick and easy to arrange purchase and delivery. The laptop itself has been brilliant, the graphics are stunning, and very user friendly. The only improvement would be shipping with Windows 7, rather than the horror show that is Windows 8. That aside, very happy with the laptop, it performs brilliantly, and the extra drive bay came in very useful for retaining files from my old laptop. Highly recommended!”

“I was very dissatisfied and dissapointed with the Packard Bell the specification on first glance seemed fine. I did not spot that the cache was pitifully small this makes it almost unusable it runs out of memory when running two tabs at once web browsing freezes when streaming or playing DVD and the webcam has never worked. I wish I had never bought it”
