“Have anintermittentfault with keyboard space bar on Acer all-in-one PC asyou can see from thisreview. Persevered for a week and a half before contacting SaveOnLaptops returnsdepartment after transferring dataand software fromoldlapttop. Returns require the return ofthewhole PC, notjust the keyboard, mouse and dongle, leaving me with no computer and thetimeconsuming task of uninstallingandreinstallingonthereturn or replacement computer. Rather than return the wholecomputer, I havedecidedthatit is more efficientto buy athird party wireless keyboard/mouse combo. Unacceptable customer service for alow costkeyboard replacement. I have given2stars as otherwise the computer is find so far.”

“When i first purchased the laptop i had no idea who i was buying it from, the deal was great, it was the dream laptop at the dream price and i had no idea i could get a laptop like the one i have now so cheaply. if i ever buy a laptop again this website is where im going first, the delivery was fast, when i got the package everything was there and it was protected as well as the packeges safety taken care of. this is probably the best website to get a laptop from, the laptop i purchased was cheaper then the one i looked at in america, im just very happy with this laptop and anyone else who decides to purchase anything from save on laptops, will be very pleased.”

“Very competitive price for 'best named' products. Website one of the best for selection and comparison of products in our price range. Excellent communications from the moment the order was placed until delivery. Indeed the parcels guy arrive 10 mins after the predicted time Box had sent by email earlier in the day. “I could not be happier with the service I received from this company. I ordered my new laptop at 5.30 pm on Monday, I got an email 2 hours later saying that the item had been dispatched and it arrived the following morning. I think it was about the same price at it would have been had a brought it from Dell direct but the service was so much better. Dell have a two week minimum delivery time for the laptop I wanted.”

“Spent over £1200 on a laptop arrived a day late to find there was a problem with it, weeks later collected to go back, they have now had it 3 weeks for repair with NO contact from them & I paid for it 2 months ago. IN SHORT ITEM IS GOOD IF IT WORKS BUT IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME YOUR SCREWED”
