“On Delivery and cost I cannot fault them, Ideally I would have gone for John Lewis with the 2 year guarantee, however they were out of stock Save on laptops however supplied various accessories that make up for the cost of the years warranty. The item arrived next day and they kept in contact with me all the time. I appreciate good service such as this. Many retailers such as John Lewis has done leave you to wait for the arrival of goods. I would recommend save on laptops for a fast efficient service”

“Sent back unopened, tried to claim it hadn't arrived then said 3 days after it did. Finally admitted it had arrived on the correct day. Still awaiting refund 10 days later due to "short staffing". Manager apparently cannot use a phone - was told this! Email team being deliberately evasive and my account still shows item not received back. Not sure I'll get a refund without involving trading standards”

“Easy to order, good communication regarding postage, laptop was well packaged. Only had laptop a couple of days so can't comment on that, but as for everything else, great price for the spec of laptop. 1 happy customer! Cheers”

“I was a bit wary of buying from an online company I haven't dealt with before but these guys are great. The website filtering for laptop spec was excellent and I found the right spec at a competitive price. Delivery was on time and DPD left it secure with a neighbour. Laptop is excellent and as I expected. Bullguard security that came with it is also pretty good as well. Seems to run better than the McAfee and has optimising options as well. Top Laptop - Top Service - Would recommend”

“great, the laptop is lovely in perfect condition, and the delivery was ahead of schedule, the only problem is I haven't yet received the activation code for the 12 month bulldog internet protection subscription I purchased along with the laptop and warranty, I am hoping i haven't just overlooked it, but if so could you please point me to it? Thank you very much.”

“With regards to delivery by DPD: they couldn't find our office, even though someone showed them where it was. Thy took a photo of a door where they said they had left a card, and there was no card at that address (which wasn't our door!!). Luckily was able to arrange collection the next day, but unusually poor service by DPD!”
