“Laptop arrived, but only after having to pay for delivery, even though it was supposed to be free. Was contacted by rude staff who theatened to cancel order if I didnt pay for delivery straight away, on a £900 laptop. Also had to pay a fee for using a credit card, a must now adays when dealing with fly by night internet retailers. avoid if possible”

Dear Customer, Thank you for your review. I would like to explain that the delivery location you have selected is an off shore location therefore a Non-UK Main Land delivery charge would need to be applied £9.95. This is clearly stated on our website and in our terms and conditions. Regarding the Member of staff who threatened to have your order cancelled. I do apologise that you felt it was a threat. If we do not have the correct postage or if a customer does not pay the correct postage we have no choice but to cancel the order as the correct delivery method has not been chosen. Regarding the surcharge that is applied for credit cards, we only charge what the bank charges ourselves this is only to absorb the costs due to our low prices. If we were not to charge a surcharge we would be making a loss. We do offer the option to pay via debit card as there is no charge on that. “Thank you for good service and fast delivery. DPD delivery is very good . They do not allow you to waste your time. They inform you about time of delivery by SMS. And every time are coming on time.”

“Very happy with the service from this vendor. Goods arrived promptly and satisfactorily packed. Used the Collect+ service which was very efficient. I have had no contact with customer service and cannot comment on that part of the company.”

“Great spec laptop for a great price. I paid extra to have it checked and software installed, so when it arrived it was ready to go. Laptop is light, but powerful and the gtx 860 handles games at high settings. only minor problem so far is there are 2 dead pixels on the monitor. Still, for the price I'm very happy with the laptop. Delivery was very fast and communication good.”

“I guess that I took a chance ordering this as the reviews were so so. However the reviews were comparing it to other £700 devices of 2 years ago. For the price paid this is absolutely unbeatable. I needed to replace a Samsung Netbook and the performance and display are streets ahead. I have an Android phone and 7" tablet I expected to buy a 10" Android tablet. but I couldn't find a suitable email app that would do what Thunderbird offers me. I vowed never to buy a Windows 8 device but reckoned that this being a touch tablet then it couldn't be too bad. Put me down as a very happy bunny and most impressed with ordering and delivery service.”

“The delivery proccess was really fast, and the product is excelent. However, my item was delivered on another address, which made me very concerned. I had to call the company which transported the parcel because I saw that they delivered the product, but not at my address. So they told me that the driver really made a mistake and left my item at the reception of a student accommodation. It was close to my place, so I went there to pick it up. That's why I'm giving 3 stars. This mistake could have costed me my product.”

“They are absolutely legit. Great service. I gave good because they are not a 24 hour service. I ordered at 6 for next day delivery and it came a day later. But even then I am extremely impressed as I had my doubts.”
