“Was searching for a good All-in-One PC and found this site via Google. Was a little uncertain but online reviews gave me confidence. The Acer I purchased was a great spec at an amazing price. Came pre-loaded with Windows 8.1, but I immediately downloaded and installed the free Windows 10 upgrade, which was easy and works a treat. Ordering was simplicity itself and despatched same day - now that's efficient! Happy to recommend this retailer.”

“Laptop arrived at 10.30. exactly when they said it would. The laptop itself arrived in perfect condition. The spec I thought was great given the £500 cost i.e. Intel i5 chip 8 gigs of ram 2gb dedicated graphics card and a 17inch full1920 anti glare screen. It's going to be used as a students base PC studying for an electrical engineering degree. So reasonable speed was needed for CAD purposes.All in all a great cost/spec compromise.”

“Easy to order and to add codes for special offers. Great that Windows 7 is still available. That alone makes this company worth dealing with. Good spec for the price and top brand. Efficient delivery and great that one can choose IT Crowd to collect from, who will set up the Laptop for technically illiterate types like me at a reasonable price. Saves having to wait in too. Very good service and value all round.”

“The laptop was advertised the laptop with 2 years warranty. Upon registering the warranty found it had only one year. I emailed with; When I registered the warranty for this laptop it only came up as 1 year. On the sales invoice it states 2 years. I emailed MSI, they state I should have a warranty extension certificate, this was not with the laptop. Could you send me the certificate or code for the warranty extension, thanks? Otherwise very happy with my purchase and your service. Save on Laptops replied Hello Gary, Thank you for your email, Unfortunately you only seem to have the 1 year Manufacturers warranty, Apologises for the inconvenience.
