“Price and high quality item Purchase flow makes no sense. 1. If the shipping and billing address are different, you need fields for bith 2. If being shipped to a hotel (for example), that's not a business, it's an address 3. When I had to take a pic of my cc to email it - ridiculously poor process & security 4. When I called, the only search criteria for an order is post code Overall- you're an ONLINE business. Please act like one. Otherwise. Fine. 😀”

“Everything just works, ordering, update notifications on shipment etc... and the fact they use DPD for deliveries, as they are one of the best with their real-time tracking. Nice that they have now dropped their "credit card purchase" surcharge, as I never knew the final price for goods until paying for them. This caused me nightmares when providing quotes for my customers.”

“first the laptop was not in stock, I accepted an alternative, promised and paid for next day delivery. It did not arrive when I checked the parcel tracking it said delivery refused as not required. this is a lie our office is open all day and nobody tried to deliver a parcel for me. On top of all this I was overcharged by £ 30 pounds they took more from my account than the invoice amount. the last time I dealt with this company ever thing was perfect. What has gone wrong this time”
