“All good. I found the online checkout a bit Ryanair in that there were surcharges for PayPal and credit cards (never seen that before) then I was faced with several upselling screens offering software, antivirus and extended warranties. Surely in this day and age these should be pre-checkout. I was temped with the MS Office but on the basis that it was presented as a blockage to me completing I decided not to buy. I picked up from Minworth which I think is a great option for a laptop and really enjoyed visiting the store - lots of interesting stuff on display; I would have spent a few minutes browsing and would have purchased some more kit but the guy who served me just checked my ID, gave me the box and I had a feeling I should go. This is my second laptop from SoL and I will probably use them again - I've flown with Ryanair amore than once.”

“Delivery was the next day from the order - much quicker than offered. The delivery could be tracked very accurately by means of a map showing where "our" driver was at a particular time. The laptop is in good order and excellent value for the money. Well done!”

“Ordered Wednesday evening and picked up from local store delivery address, on way home from work on Saturday evening. Only checked the basics but all appears to be in good working order. No cause for complaint with delivery time, options or condition of goods. Would use again for further purchases.”

“Wide selection, good prices, great product info and fast service, would use this vendor again. Having said this though, on opening the box and unwrapping the laptop I noticed a screw lying in the packaging which was from the underside (possibly due to RAM upgrade) and an unclipped keyboard which was raised on the top left hand side. All in all happy though.”

“Very efficient and despite office closed over the weekend my query was dealt with on Sunday evening. Very quick delivery with text giving time of delivery within an hour window and it arrived well within the timescale. I would definitely use this company again.”

“The delivery was very fast and efficient. All arrived in good condition. One thing that puzzled us was the fact that while ordering we were under the impression we should order Anti-virus software as it did not say explicitely whether that would be supplied with the laptop. But while setting up it seems that the laptop comes already with MacAfee software - it would help to clarify this during the ordering process.”
