“I work from home and it?s a minefield. There?s always that chocolate bar lurking in the cupboard and for all my good intentions I never have a box of carrot sticks to hand. Which means a daily battle to not touch the chocolate. I usually lose! With Saviour I?m allowed to snack and I don?t get that mid-afternoon slump from sugar overload. I?ve seen my energy levels go up and my weight go down. The chocolate in the cupboard can do what it wants now ? I don?t need it!”

“I'm always looking for food on the go that doesn't leave me feeling hungry afterwards but isn't too heavy either, especially during a show or when I'm filming. It's perfect for when I'm off stage and I need something tasty to keep my energy levels up. There's great variety in a Saviour Snacks box and it's healthy too. Win win!”

“As a busy mum of two, snacks are an integral part of every day. Whether it is to stave off my daughter's post-school hunger pangs, or keep me going during the baby's growth spurt feeding frenzy, there's always something deliciously guilt-free to munch on. Not forgetting that I am setting a good example to developing little eaters. What's not to like?”

“These boxes are quite literally a life-saviour for me (excuse the pun). I'm consulting in different places every day so knowing where to find any food, be it a vending machine or a coffee shop can be pretty time consuming and in truth I often just skip meals. I carry my box about for when I need a pick me up, perfect for between meetings (or a subtle munch on Skype calls?) or even on the tube. Knowing the options are healthy means one less thing to stress about in my week, I really don?t have time to be worrying about my diet!”
