“I would like to give you five stars my order arrived a week later than the date you said it was coming it took for me to contact you and ask where my order was I feel you might be a new company And maybe you’re still growing and learning but if something is going to be late you need customer services to send a message to the customer and explain why and not just leave them hanging that could do with being improved on quite soon because I feel even though the item I ordered from you is beautiful and I like it You quite possibly could lose custom because people become anxious when their parcel doesn’t arrive and they have to contact you to find out what’s happened to their parcel.0”

“I ordered 4. Bone China Egg Cups delivery time 3 - 8 days they were not delivered in this time. Sent email plus tried to phone could not leave message . Email eventually answered. Yes, egg cups arrived delivered and delighted with them. However how good it would have been to speak to someone on the phone.”

“I was searching for a particular crystal vase that I needed in a hurry to give as a gift. Savoy and Snook had just one in stock at a really brilliant price and they offer a super fast delivery service. It arrived exactly according to the helpful notifications that I received. It was extremely well packed and I would highly recommend Savoy and Snook for their excellent customer service and well priced items”

“The delivery information proudly declares that "Every item we sell is in stock in our shop in Snodland, as a result your order can be picked and packed the same day as you place it, and normally takes between 3 to 8 working days via Royal Mail." They can, but they don't! Having placed the order on 9th of December and received and email thanking me for my order and telling "we're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent." On the 18th of December I am still waiting for this email. Tried calling the customer service number with no answer and a message telling me I can't leave a message but please call again. No reply to my email yet either. Plan B for a Christmas presents it is then. Very disappointed.”
