“Made an order on 24 February. Payment taken straight away. Had an email on 28 Feb saying the item had been dispatched. Nothing received as of today (09 Mar 18).”

“Well as we still haven't received our order it is difficult to give more than the minimum rating possible. Our order was placed on 23rd February and we received an email on 27th February confirming shipment. Today is March 08th and still no sign. Not happy! Update: the order finally arrived. Took two weeks from shipment confirmation date but I believe that the problem was with Royal Mail. Really pleased with the item and the packaging was first-rate, which is just as well as I think Royal Mail may have shipped the item via the Faroe Isles.”

“Ordered online and the parcel arrived very well packed and even got the colours I wanted. Because of a delay in delivery it took longer then the 1-2 days I paid for. I wrote back and was given a full refund of postage. So very happy to use this company.”

“The time it took to get the item delivered then the amount of packing material used could have wrapped 10 items, then to be told not to be rude?... Could not recommend to any one not for me.”

Hi there! Firstly I would apologise that your order was excessively wrapped- this is done to ensure that EVERY order arrives safely without any damages or faults. It's always best to have too much than too little when it comes to packaging! -Jason
