“Our Daughter lives in Australia and has this as her favourite beaker. As she has been unable to get any out there we thought it would be a nice surprise to send some to her! So ordered these. They came so well packed we didn't even bother to un-pack them, so just sent them as they came to us.”

“I didn’t get the right number of the plates I ordered and also when I got the additional ones on a second delivery the size was wrong. Need to return etc. Not happy with that situation.”

“I ordered 6 pairs of champagne glasses with delivery charge. When it checked out this had changed to 1 pair with the same delivery charge. I was basically cheated into paying more by the website. Not worth going the refund procedure. Terrible.”
