“My glasses came quickly and with no fuss, very well wrapped perfect condition when arrived :) my only concern was the way they were delivered, when Hermes dropped them off they left them in the bin!! The glasses i purchased are very expensive and a 40 th birthday present for my husband, I honestly don’t understand why something with fragile written all over it was left in a bin,very worried about that to be honest. Savoy and Snook well done! Maybe think about having a word with Hermes about how you want your company represented.”

“Bought this for grandaughter's engagement. Vase delivered within 3 days and extremely well padded and packed. The item was well packed in the box also. My grand daughter is thrilled with the vase and it will make a wonderful addition to her home with flowers in or as a table centrepiece without flowers. Vase heavy and glass well cut with a lovely pattern as you would expect with Royal Doulton. I may order another one for my daughter for Christmas. Very happy with my purchase. Thank you.”
