“Who says you can't have it all? Scanpan sears, braises, sautés AND cleans up like brand new. Handle is comfortable and stays cool. Best non stick pan ever. Should there be any residue here's my easy clean up trick: after pan cool down add water 1-2 inches + dollop of AUTOMATIC dish soap and "some" baking soda. Bring to boil, then simmer a bit. Once cool and rinsed, it will be totally perfect. Enjoy.”

“I have been using these in the past two decades. They proved to be reliable! The time came to upgrade and re-new ( though I do not cook much ) and I purchased the same set of SCANPAN fry pans the alternative options failed to excite me.”

“For each order these past three years, a new ID and password have had to be set up. There is no other way for online ordering to work. Both Safari and Firefox have been tried but there's no way to sign in without choosing a new email address & password.”

“I've been using the TECHNIQ 10.25" skillet for a few years. Just bought the TECHNIQ 11" square. If I had heard of SCANPAN 30 years ago, all of my cookware would be from this company.”

“I bought my first 11" scan pan through Blue Apron 6 years ago. I use it almost every day. It is my 'go to' pan. Still in such great shape I just bought a new one from Scan Pan for my daughter!”

“Have the 2 frypan set. Chose these pans because the handles are attached to the outside, not through the pans. Cooked food washes off all surfaces easily.”

“This pan is fabulous. I recently used it for a cooktop/oven salmon recipe for a large group and, on a separate occasion, to sear a large tenderloin for a beef Wellington recipe. Both meals were a big hit. The pan has a nice weight, is very well built and looks great. I love the handles and the glass lid which fits so well. It is also easy to clean because it's completely non-stick. This is a high quality product.”

“These are good, not great. I had some Scanpans that were passed down from my late mother. The non-stick component seemed to last for years. They were well seasoned after 10yrs of use. These new pans- I have already noticed are not nearly as non-stick as the ones from 20yrs ago. They’re still good, just not worth the premium paid IMO.”
