“I am very impressed with the quality of the nonstick surface on my new TechnIQ pans. I ordered 8 pans and fry pans of various sizes as separate pieces. I liked the shape of the Windsor pan so much that I ordered two. The overall quality of the TechnIQ line of pans is excellent. The large fry pan is great for searing steaks. My one request is for the TechnIQ Sauté Pan 4.25QT to be sold separately. I would like to purchase this pan but the only way is to buy a complete set of pans. Please consider making it available as a separate piece.”

“We started using the Scanpan Professional line about a year ago. We've really enjoyed the pans and think they are quality pans. Ordering on the website is easy and orders ship quickly. My only complaint would be that the "suggested price" seems ridiculous at times. We've bought all of our pans at a sales price which I feel is worth the money spent.”

“The product is good, the fulfillment is not. I've ordered multiple times from you and it has happened every time. You send a tracking number that shows the origin and the correct destination, but it is never updated. They were delivered within a week which is fine, but because this has happened every time, I don't think it's an issue with FedEx, there is something else going on with your fulfillment process.”

“This is my third set of scanpan cookware. Despite the claim that you can use metal utensils the surfaces will eventually scratch and with lots of use lose their non-stick characteristics. Before anyone claims I may not know how to properly clean them, let me say I followed scanpan's own instructions to use barkeepers friend from time to time as tiny burned particles can get stuck to the pan. Overall love them and the HAPTIQ pans are beautiful. BIGGEST gripe is that they don't ship to Puerto Rico despite it being in their dropdown!”

“My first SCANPAN knife I bought at Home Goods not knowing what that. I needed one and it looked like a good quality. I was impressed with the quality when I started to use it. I wanted all my knives be like that one. Recently bought set of SCANPAN knives. Great quality and surprisingly not expensive!”

“To say I love my new Scanpan Pro S+ cookware set is an understatement. I've been buying cheap sets of non-stick pans (under $150 for the set) and they last maybe a year if I'm lucky. After seeing the Scanpan on display at Sur La Table, I decided to spend the extra money and buy the set. I'm so glad that I did! They are attractive, very durable, and amazing to cook with AND the cleaning is so easy that I don't even mind doing the dishes! This is the best $400 I've ever spent. These pans are going to last years.”
