The pan was dented and I could not return it because it was on sale.

The pan is good but the accessories and ordering spare parts is very expensive and a real pain. Needed to order a new handle for one of the lids and it was $10 shipping for a 2 oz part and took 2 weeks. While removing the old handle, the lid exploded. Now I will see what it will take to return the handle that I don't need anymore.

I have not used the skillet long enough to determine if it warps. First impression is its sides are shorter than I thought it would be. Other than that so far it is ok.

Shipped incorrect product, return process added a week to the delivery process. Shipping confirmation on replacement product was never sent, further aggravating the situation

Unfortunately I chose the wrong size pan as a Christmas gift for my daughter. The exchange process was very difficult and expensive. I love the product but would never buy direct from the company again.

I am new to induction cooking. I purchased a skillet from Scanpan to use on my new cooktop. I don't know if I am doing something wrong with the skillet or not, but it does not evenly heat like the stainless steel cookware I purchased from another company. I am open to advice from the company or users of induction cooking. Carole Travis

We have used various scanpan products for years and loved them. We recently upgraded to the HaptIQ 5.2qt covered sauce pan. While the pan itself seems great, the seal on the lid fills with water when you wash it after use. I was finding puddles of water in my drawer after drying and putting away the lid. The lid for my last saute pan did not have this issue. I assumed it was defective and called customer service for a replacement, but was told I needed to let it sit on my counter for hours to air dry as this is how the lids work! I love my pans but this will likely be my last scanpan purchase.

For each order these past three years, a new ID and password have had to be set up. There is no other way for online ordering to work. Both Safari and Firefox have been tried but there's no way to sign in without choosing a new email address & password.

These are good, not great. I had some Scanpans that were passed down from my late mother. The non-stick component seemed to last for years. They were well seasoned after 10yrs of use. These new pans- I have already noticed are not nearly as non-stick as the ones from 20yrs ago. They’re still good, just not worth the premium paid IMO.

We love the pans but the steamer is too big for our pots and we need to return it. I sent an email and never got a response. Can you please send me the return label and instructions Thanks

This is my third set of scanpan cookware. Despite the claim that you can use metal utensils the surfaces will eventually scratch and with lots of use lose their non-stick characteristics. Before anyone claims I may not know how to properly clean them, let me say I followed scanpan's own instructions to use barkeepers friend from time to time as tiny burned particles can get stuck to the pan. Overall love them and the HAPTIQ pans are beautiful. BIGGEST gripe is that they don't ship to Puerto Rico despite it being in their dropdown!

I love scanpan, but fedex never delivered the items. At this point, I’m not sure where they are.
