I didn't like te colors on the fleece gilets

The sizing on the Berkeley 1/4 zip fleece is inaccurate..we have in the past bought 4 of these garments in a 50" chest no problem...we recently ordered same garment in a 50"but was too small,so we exchanged for 52",still too small!!! Going for a 54" !! So somewhere along the line something has changed..different suppliers/makers...frustrating keep having to go to post office and it was for a birthday present

I was really excited to receive the jumper but was really disappointed at how short it was in the body especially for a country brand.

Happy with my purchase but the delivery service was very poor, communication from yourselves was ok but as said very unhappy with the delivery service and very unsure if I would order online again

I received my order which was too small and when I requested another size it was out off stock so I had to have a refund and I’m now still waiting to be able to order a new size

Nice top, overpriced and unfortunately made in China. Shoffel get your act together. Having your goods made in China devalues your brand.

I remember schoffel used to be a quality brand, expensive but made with good materials. Not sure just can say that anymore as it's just as expensive but feels cheaper and cheaper materials

Very disappointed with the gilet,I ordered a size 16 first which is my size,when it arrived it was way to small so I returned it and ordered an 18 when it arrived again way to small, at the price I would have expected much better!

I have the Gillett and the fleece. The Gillett feels like a quality garment. The fleece feels like an average garment and is £50 more for sleeves and less leather.

Purchased a merino and cashmere knitted Jumper just noticed that hidden on the underneath reverse of the garment label in small type is MADE IN CHINA !!. See attached photo. I also checked on the label of a down Jacket that I purchased last week for my wife, again MADE IN CHINA in tiny letters. Yesterday I receive an e-mail from Schoffel telling me ‘the story of schoffel’ and saying how proud they are of their legacy. We are all aware of the appalling human rights abuses in China especially in relation to the textile trade and raw material production supply chain involving the Uighur population . Not forgetting the dreadful environmental standards in Chinese manufacturing. Is that what they mean by legacy and is certainly not something I regard as the ‘highest standard. It does not sit well with the branding and not what I would have expected from a German family company. If they were so proud of making garments in China why not put a big label on the garment and the swing tags to celebrate their manufacture in China. This problem is not solely Schoffel but much of the fashion industry is the same. Given the prices of these garments there is no excuse for sourcing from China. I have no issue with the products which are of good quality. The earlier products that I have were not manufactured in China. I guess as consumers we need to make our own choices and look more closely where our garments are sourced from and buy accordingly. Come on Schoffel you can do better.

Love the look of the jumper I bought. Its incredibly warm and a great fit though poor quality. I've only had it a week or two and already the arms are bobbling incredibly badly (not washed once) and a hole has formed on one sleeve which is getting bigger. Disappointed.

I found the quality of the made in China jacket to be inferior to what I expected. I also had cause to phone customer service in order to request a change of size within 24hrs of placing the order. I found them less than responsive. Overall, I felt the Brand did not live up to the quality image I previously had for of Schoffel.

The product is lovely but customer service very poor , I emailed and was told someone would contact me within a couple of days , a week later still no response so I chased again still no response . Shame

As I have already written to you with this comment ... I am disappointed that I did not receive the FREE gift of one tweed wash bag with my order SC265540 placed 11/23. . Also I tried to place an order for a cashmere comb and a box set marine mid men’s handkerchiefs .. PLEASE REPLY AND EXPLAIN. Marilyn 1 604 943 1754 Canada

Why aren’t they as warm! Over the last year I hate to say it, they’ve gone down hill a lot, yet the price hasn’t dropped. Go back to how they used to be and they’ll be perfect again, why fix what’s not f*cked as one would say

Re ordered the same size as previously worn in a jacket and about 2 sizes smaller! Has been returned. Very disappointed ☹️. Otherwise, love the quality of the jackets.

I love this coat. Unfortunately a small tear appeared after only a few outings. I wonder if the outer fabric is rather fragile.

I have 4 Schoffel Lyndon Gilet’s. I ordered my usual size 16, in Moss, I removed the tags assuming it would be fine and it’s too small the fit is slightly smaller than the others but as I have worn it I’m stuck with it so a little disappointed 😕
