“I ordered a quilted jacket which I needed before I went off to work for 2 weeks. The customer services dept assured me that it would arrive timeously. And sure enough it arrived the day before I went off to work for two weeks. The fit is perfect, a classic which will last for many years and very good quality.”

“The problem is the product (Merryn 1/4 zip). I have a navy one a year old made in China. The forest one by comparison has forearms which are significantly tighter and overall the material feels thinner (= cheap). The new one is made in India. I'm hoping the new Merryn will 'relax' ... but the sense from new is of corners cut fit-wise, and in quality. Overall I'm disappointed as my navy Merryn is a wardrobe staple. Both are washed at 30c on delicate programme, spun but never tumble dried, so it's basically down to cut and material. Happy to compare a replacement if I've got a rogue 'bedding down production' cut.”
