“The product itself was excellent quality but the sizing was way out Definitely not what's on the label a good two sizes out I was very sad to send it back. Sorry”

“Parcel was delivered promptly after ordering on line (5*). However I had ordered two navy hats and there was only one in the bag (hence my 3*). A phone call solved the problem and the second hat arrived the next day (back to 5*). Pity that parcels are not checked more carefully against the order before sealing and sending. The phone line operator herself was very pleasant and helpful in the event.”

“Whilst i appreciate it is not specifically your fault i was disappointed with the delivery time on my items. I ordered on the 17th with a standard delivery. By thursday i was concerned as i was shooting on the friday 24th. I was told the items would be with me either later that day or if not then on friday the 24th. This left me without the items for my shoot day which was an annoyance. What was worse was that the items were still not there when i returned home. As i write this on the 25th i have still not received my order. I love your products and have many item of clothing from you. This is the first time i have ordered direct from your website and have to say i have been disappointed. Many thanks Paul”

“The shirt I bought is an excellent colour but I am disappointed that the sleeves at about 1 inch longer than my previous Schoffel shirts. They have gone from being an excellent fit to acceptable. If your different styles have different sleeve lengths then you need to make this clear.”

“These jeans are beautifully soft but I do think for spring they are a little wintery. They are like a soft velvet cord and I don't think that was in the description. I assumed they would be perfect for spring/summer. Having said that I have decided to keep them for cooler days. V nice colour.”

“Your service was impeccable the delivery company were rubbish, they had instructions to leave the parcel in the porch and they didn't, they left me a note to re deliver. Not happy.”

“Find it slightly frustrating that I have to pay postage on exhange/return due to size. I have to buy online due to geographic and available time due to work. The jacket I ordered in a 40 was way too big, I am in the process of exchanging for a 36 which I hope will be ok otherwise I will be posting again. Exactly the same process for a pair of plus 2s I have ordered - I hope the 32 waist size will work first time Perhaps when spending over a certain amount the exchange/return could be free of charge??”

“I am a long term user of Schoffel products and appreciate the quality and longevity. However in this instance the survey has arrived before the product and despite paying for Saturday delivery, the items are now being dispatched today (Monday). I have scored a 3 to provide a balanced position.”
