Ordered before xmas, items didnt arrive until after xmas

I paid extra for next day delivery which should have arrived yesterday but it still hasn’t arrived & will now be too late for Christmas

I placed an order, paid and expected an email to confirm my order but received nothing. I emailed to ask that some sort of confirmation be sent and received nothing. Instead, I received a request to review my experience... need I say more?

I requested next delivery, which was confirmed in the email confirmation, but it is being delivered days later. Ordered Thurs 9 Nov, it is now only to be received late afternoon today, Monday 13 Nov. I ordered it intending to wear it on Saturday 10 Nov, I already own a number of Schoffel items and have ordered through other sites which get their delivery dates correct. This is poor on your behalf.

Hello Andrew Thank you for your review. I am sorry that your item was delivered later than you expected. Unfortunately orders that require Next Day delivery need to be ordered before midday to guarantee to leave us the same day. They then will be dispatched the next working day. As your order was placed after this time, it was not processed until Friday, and was scheduled to be delivered the next working day which was Monday 13th. Love my schoffel but not pleased with the delivery, I ordered next day in plenty of time but alas it arrived two days later, I only live ten miles from the despatch address as well.

Far too small for 14 size. Material not as I had thought and difficult to see either in the catalogue or online. I returned this item by registered post yesterday.

I can not rate Schoffel as I have not received the jacket ordered, as it has obviously been delivered and signed for at the wrong address. !! I trust that the replacement item will reach me tomorrow, or will that be misplaced by the delivery company too ? Not good enough, I suggest you change your delivery firm as the are dishonest or incompetent

We have over the years been great fans of Schoffel, particularly the fleeces. However, the recently purchased Oakham fleece gilet was a great disappointment. The quality of the fleece feels thinner and looks different, almost has a 'shine' in it, which gives it a very different appearance to the older version. In my opinion it is now poor value for the amount charged.

ARRIVED FAR TOO LATE.. I ordered two fleece jackets at 10am on Saturday and payed for "next" day delivery as I was in a hurry for them. The website stated "next day" , not "next working day" . The items arrived at 2 pm Four days later, far too late for the event. They seem nice quality but by the time they arrived I'd purchased jackets elsewhere , so I'll be returning them and I'll request the next day delivery charge to be refunded.

I placed my order on Friday for 24 hour delivery=- paying £5.95 for the privilege. Tofay is MONDAY AND i have received news that the items are being despatched for delivery on Tuesday- very poor for 24 hour delivery

This is after our cut off time for next day delivery which is 12pm. So your order would be processed the following working day. We also do not guarantee any deliveries at the weekend.
