“My name is Karen Millen, Finance Manager for the Trust. I have received an email addressed to Maria who left our school nearly 2 years ago. Maria was a finance assistant who never used Scholarpack. The only documents that should be sent to my email address are invoices. Anything else regarding Scholarpack should be sent to the school Office Manager. Karen Millen Finance & Development Manager Genesis Education Trust”

“Hi, I do find that creating the reports, you cannot choose the individual titles separately and then running the report with the whole information. Unable to print CTF reports, uploaded & downloaded etc.”

“Easy to use, but has a few glitches which are unresolved. Support online is a mixed bag depending on who you get on the day. Reasonably priced but could do with a few refinements.”

“Find Scholarpack great to use and if you can't find what you want you can ring up and you would normally get an answer right away. Very much like a help line and being able to talk to someone it is far easier than going backwards and forwards on email.”
