They sent the wrong pair of shoes. After some days they asked me to return the product to them so they could resend the shoes I actually ordered. I paid for shipping because I was told the costs would be 100% refunded. It's been 3 months and I'm still waiting for my money back. I don't recommend. It is better to buy from another more reliable company that will refund your money if something goes wrong (even if it is their fault).

UPS "lost" my delivery for the second time. Schuh staff helpful but can't "guarantee" orders will be delivered. Got a refund, I have no problem with how that was dealt. As a company you need to listen to the many customers who tell you how unreliable or worse UPS is. Why are you prepared to lose customers and income rather than change your courier? No more purchases from me and I have told all my friends not to order online too.

I purchased dr martins vegan boots online 19/ september 2020, haven’t worn them, I took them back to the store in York, they wouldn’t refund my money, as stated by the assistant the codes were different, so I have boots costing £149 that I can’t wear.

OMG! I can't believe how awful it was to get my refund back after they actually got the shoes back straightaway from me in the same condition they sent them but they still took a month and they used klarna to finance company to give me back my money when I did not use klarna when I purchased just used my bank card details, they caused me soo much stress that I regretted soooooo bad the purchase, genuinely AVOID

Ordered a pair of trainers and paid express delivery next day charge, 8 days later and no parcel! All the helpline say is cannot refund the charge as received my order? Worst customer service ever and will never use them again, misleading customers to say the least.

Special 80th edition bugs bunny converse arrived in appalling box. Its literally falling apart. Customer service offered a £5 partial refund but when the box is part and parcel of a gift the last thing you want is box in such disgusting battered condition.
