“Fantastic customer service. Couldn't find my Rocketdog flip flops online in my size or in my local store. Assistant said she would enquire in other stores and ring me if she found some. They rang the very next day, I paid and they sent them to my home for free. Customer service was amazing. I have since been wearing them on holiday in Spain and also walked around Barcelona on two days and I have to say they were like wearing slippers. I now have 3 pairs in different colours! Most comfortable flip flops EVER!”
“Very poor customer service when it comes to returning faulty shoes. Shoes have to be returned to Head Office for inspection, which takes several weeks to resolve. Very disappointing for a large high street chain.”
