“Ran good was delivered to my stateroom as requested too bad the waiter who parked it for me at the restaurant gave me the wrong key I used someone else's scooter they took it away from me never gave back my key I think the guy who's scooter I took by mistake held it because he was mad .cruise ship said they will give me 500.00 off my next cruise because of their mistake”

We picked up from Port of Canaveral- that process was okay. Not very easy or clear instructions/ directions. The person manning the iPad had checked us in on a previous passenger and not us- so he said "oh well, you'll just have to be this other person" and "we will call it even since I don't know how to fix it".”
“Very disappointed because my rental in San Diego when I was on vacation was to arrive in the morning but never arrived until around 5pm. Had to cancel our plans for the day because I didn't have the scooter. Tried to get reimbursed but company said no because I did get it that day. Yes I did but it was useless to me that day and ruined our vacation plans.”
