“Your scoot around ruined my last cruise. 7 day carnival cruise, scoot around died on second day. No body on ship could repair. I was unable to get off ship on any ports etc. I called your company and was given a 1 or 2 day credit. I called the Florida BBB and they told me you were rated "F". I plan on another cruise this year and I will NEVER EVER RENT FROM YOU FOLKS AGAIN. I reported this problem to you, so I am shocked to this a request for a review. I hope you post this.”

“The same day I receive my scooter and road it onto the ship the scooter controller was not working. I had to wiggle the key several times to make it work. This happened the whole time of the cruise until the day before the ship was returning. I notified ScootAround before we left sail they said I would get another scooter but we sailed and I didn’t get a replacement. The day before my departure is when I noticed a scooter sitting in the corner and I asked the receptionist if belong to anyone and they said it didn’t. I received a partial refund for only one day I was supposed to receive much more and I haven’t heard any Thing about it since”
