“The same day I receive my scooter and road it onto the ship the scooter controller was not working. I had to wiggle the key several times to make it work. This happened the whole time of the cruise until the day before the ship was returning. I notified ScootAround before we left sail they said I would get another scooter but we sailed and I didn’t get a replacement. The day before my departure is when I noticed a scooter sitting in the corner and I asked the receptionist if belong to anyone and they said it didn’t. I received a partial refund for only one day I was supposed to receive much more and I haven’t heard any Thing about it since”
“Everything went smoothly from the reservation to picking it up to turning it back in. I have no complaints. The price is the only thing that would keep me from renting it again for the Fryeburg fair.”

I last minute ordered a scooter the casino scooters were all pre ordered by other guests. They came through with in a few hours. While attending a concert, and a late pickup time. They were willing to change the pick up of the scooter from one hotel to another last minute. They were so accommodating and understanding. Rolling with our flexible schedule in Las Vegas.
