“The service people were good but the scooter failed due to a faulty battery. The cruise ship only had manual chairs as backup. On a good note, I got my back with effort.”
“My scooter was reserved, charged up and waiting for me at the Galveston, TX Carnival Cruise Terminal. It served me well and without any problems during our entire cruise (unlike the grocery store scooters). It was easy to navigate for the most part, a little tricky getting in and out of the elevators and our stateroom, but still doable. We are cruising again over Christmas this December, and I will be using one again.”
“No one was set up at the event at the international auto show couldn’t find a scooter took 20 minutes for them to find one cost $70 and we only used it for an hour. Very disappointing.”

“My scooter around was a lifesaver. I couldn’t have made the cruise without it. It didn’t stop a couple of times, but was very easy to get started again and then once we got back on the ship for the last time, we couldn’t get it no wind so they gave me a another one that they had on the ship and that was amazing, so appreciate how it worked. There was a large ramp to go up on one of the times we got off the ship and that may have done something to it. Thanks and when I cruise again I’ll definitely use you again.”
