“My first rentals were nice but the last two were ragged one stopped running the second had a broken horn that decided to work after hitting a bump and wouldn’t cut off for at least 20 mins all eyes on me”
“Staff made it so easy to rent. Size was perfect and I also had a new one. The scooter made it so niece and easy getting around the ship. When you have a health issue and have difficulty getting around, scoot around is the only way to go. Thanks again👍”

I tried a week ago with Vanessa and then someone Sunday and was never called back. Rachel
said you were having software problems.

“The hoyer lift never showed up. We had such a hard ship and if I had my way I would never use your serves again, Norwegian has you on there cruises. I did talk to them about that to. And maybe getting a contract with special needs at sea!!”
“One of the two scooters that I rented was not charged when brought to the Ship's Cabin. I had to lift the heavy battery and put it in the scooter without any directions. The scooter was put into the cabin which it should not have been making it difficult to turn around and move it out. The basket was not attached properly and I had to get help from the ships repair people to help me get the basket attached properly to the frame of the scooter. I hope you don't do this in the future.”
