“When we arrived our scooter was supposed to be waiting in our room but it wasn’t. It had been delivered to the wrong stateroom. During our cruise while we were in the casino someone had taken the scooter using their key from another company. Renters should be alerted that all keys are alike. It was disappointing that there isn’t better security on the scooters for the renters.”
“Scooter was delivered to our room as promised. When we departed we were able to leave the scooter and be picked up via wheelchair service. So quick and easy!!

“We found the scooter in our stateroom just like the representative said we would. It was in good condition and served us well during our trip. I do have a question regarding ports other then Brooklyn Terminal. What if the scooter was delivered to one terminal, but the return trip would be from another port city. Does Scootaround handle that? I would appreciate a reply because we’re thinking about renting again sometime soon. Thank you. ninaad@verizon.net”

“When cruise line kept me on the scooter and kept saying leave it at the next station and leave it at the next station and finally I was outside and they wanted me to leave it unattended. I called, and the person who answered, was very helpful, and we agreed on where I would leave the scooter.”
“Excellent customer service! During embarkation, the scooter was brought to my wife after we missed the pickup location. After the cruise, my wife was allowed to drive the scooter all the way to our vehicle. We plan to use Scoot Around for our next cruise coming up in September.”
“Scooter was great. Had to remove the armrests to get it into my cabin door on the cruise ship. I rented this 4 days before the cruise due to a medical condition and was not in a handicap room. I did have to watch my speed in the hall ways. It was a lot quicker than I was expecting. The charger did not work and the cruise ship was equipped to replace it. No delay. Over all Great Scooter.”
