“This was our first time renting a scooter and everything from booking the scooter to instructions on use were clear and easy. The scooter was delivered to our hotel and picked up from the hotel front desk at the conclusion of our rental period. The scooter was fairly easy to transport in the back of a mini van we rented. Once was disassembled and assembled once, it was fairly easy to do each day or at each of our stops. The battery lasted us through the entire day and then some. This was such an important addition to our vacation. My sister would not have been able to experience all that we did or she would have been miserable within herself.”
