“My scooter stopped on me midway through my cruise. Called customer service on the ship and which they called you guys. The rep from your company was rude and unprofessional. And left me without any help. Thankfully the guy Angel who works for Carnival Cruise was able to find me a scooter to enjoy my vacation. I was very disappointed with the service. Good thing I took out the full insurance on the scooter.”

“I like the wide range of speeds that I can go on the scooters and the ability to change speeds while driving without having to stop. In addition, the basket on the front is easily accessible and was big enough to hold my purse and four water bottles with my coat draped over the top. When I go to the fair on Monday, I will rent one again. Also, the price of $65 was within my budget. I've rented from Scootaround before and they delivered and picked up from a private address. I plan to rent for a week in San Diego and the price for a week is very budget friendly.”
