“as the scooter was required at several different hotels, on the whole, the service was good, except for the last hotel where the scooter was delivered to the wrong hotel and took ver to arrive when it had been found eventually. Nobody listens, except Bernic who was excellent and she gets 10 out of 10.”
“We ordered a wheelchair but rented a scooter. It was the first for my 84 year old mother who had not driven anything. After a few minutes she felt comfortable. It took us a while but it was worth every penny . The cruise has a lot to traverse and although it wasn’t the easiest to navigate we managed well once I figured out that the elevators are the hardest to navigate. Would I do it again—yes I would. Thank you for suggesting the scooter. We had a blast .”
“Scootaround is a Great service for the traveling impaired. Their website was easy to use, and their customer service is Great. I found them right at the Cruise ship port, and was able to return it there after my cruise. I highly recommend them.”
“Reservation process was quick and easy; follow-up was excellent; and it was very easy to find your tent at the terminal. All in all, a great experience.”
“Rented for a cruise. The scooters were in our room when we arrived on the ship. We left them on the ship when we left the ship. Easy and quick to order. Very good equipment with chargers. Wouldn't hesitate to rent them again
👍😁”
“Everything went very smoothly. I just wish people in attendance wouldn't keep walking right in front of the scooter as you are driving! Couldn't believe the number of stupid people.
Genesee Valley Country Museum could use your services for attendees. That is so hard to walk around that big affair. They only have a trolley but I'd rather be independene with a scooter.”
“Awesome job!!! This made it possible for my 82 year old mother to enjoy a conference in a large convention center with ease. I was impressed by the company employees that assisted us with the rental. They were so kind, accommodating and professional. I would definitely use this company again.”
