“I was very disappointed and not satisfied with the service I received for this rental. I have booked with Scoot-around for years and it has been progressively getting worse. I was told to pick up my scooter outside the terminal as always. I also received a text from the person from the terminal to confirm the same message.
I got there around 12:40 pm and no one was there and I had no instructions on what to do. Because I could not be on my feet long, I finally got wheelchair assistance. I call the Scoot around the number and was told my scooter was at Customer Service or Hospitality. When I got to customer service No scooter and nobody knew where it was.
I call customer service again to scoot around and was told my scooter was in my cabin. Because of the ship's policy, they could not wheel me to my cabin, so I had to stand and wait for an elevator and then walk to the opposite part of the ship to get to my cabin.
When I finally got there, NO scooter was in the room. I called s coot around again and they gave me excuses for why my paid scooter was not in my cabin. I began to explain my frustration and they promised me that my scooter would be there by 3 pm.
After walking to get something to eat I waited for my scooter to get there when I got back to my cabin....No scooter and the boat sailed away from the dock and no one could find my scooter.
I expect to receive a full refund and an apology for the terrible service I received. Unfortunately, I am force to find another Scooter company for my September and October up coming cruises.”
