“I have been very pleased with the rentals from Scoot Around and the pickup and retunr process. I did encounter an issue on the last cruise with the scooter battery getting wet from the rains but luckily there was someone on board that was able to troubleshoot this for me and get us up and running later in the day, so the only thing I might suggest is to be able to have one extra scooter on board in case one breaks down.”
“Could not have made the cruise without it. Located in a forward cabin and restaurant we used was in the back. We were unable to walk that far. Most trouble was with elevators but most people were very helpful.”

I can’t get off ship due to scooter not keeping a charge. I checked with guest service. They can’t do anything for me. The reason for scooter was to get off ship. I have lower back and hip issues. So now my trip is not great because I can’t get off to see islands. And can’t get around the ship.
