“Had a poor experience on my most recent rental. Paid extra to receive a heavy-duty scooter, which I did not get, and instead, got a normal scooter. That normal scooter began to experience failures a few hours after having it, and I had to fight with the local scooter provider to get a replacement. The replacement was the heavy-duty scooter I originally needed, but had a massive hole in the foot well and a dodgy battery pack that I constantly had to top up. I was very frustrated overall.”
