“I was disappointed with Scootaround. My ECV broke on day 3 and they were unable to replace it until after my trip was over. So for the last 4 days of my trip I was left to my own with my disability struggling to participate with my family on our vacation. On 2 subsequent vacations I attempted to rent an ECV from them but they did not provide service in the areas I was.”
“I am in an electric wheelchair full time. However my chair is too heavy to be put in an airplane cargo hold. So when I went to Vegas I had to rent a different one. They delivered and picked it up right in my hotel lobby. They were on time both times and it was a very easy process. Will definitely be renting again on any future trips”
“The chair we rented got broken and they couldn’t provide another one because it was on a weekend. Then they told me I would get a refund for the half of the amount I paid (the time I couldn’t use it), but I never got my money back.
I sent several emails but never got an answer.”
“Rented the Scoot Around at the New York State Fair last August (or was it September?). It did everything I wanted it to do - scoot me around and, reduce the protests of my tired old knees from a loud roar to a soft whisper. Would I do it again? In a heartbeat.”

Only Big screw up was returning the scooter, no person available to drop it off. Didn't know in Miami NCL terminal where to leave it, no direction was given and thousands of people were disembarking at the same time. What a mess.”
“It was great so easy when u got to my hotel from the airport the scooters were already there I live that although I never got a chance to ride it due to rain in New Orleans but I enjoyed my stay and I had a ride if I needed it so thank you sooooo much”
