“We rented last summer while in Disney World. We lost almost 2 days of a week vacation because of (1) mixup in leaving scooter at wrong resort (2) mechanical breakdown. We were extremely disappointed in the fact that we were only compensated $25 for all of our inconvenience.”
“I was disappointed with Scootaround. My ECV broke on day 3 and they were unable to replace it until after my trip was over. So for the last 4 days of my trip I was left to my own with my disability struggling to participate with my family on our vacation. On 2 subsequent vacations I attempted to rent an ECV from them but they did not provide service in the areas I was.”
“I am in an electric wheelchair full time. However my chair is too heavy to be put in an airplane cargo hold. So when I went to Vegas I had to rent a different one. They delivered and picked it up right in my hotel lobby. They were on time both times and it was a very easy process. Will definitely be renting again on any future trips”
